When can I expect a response to my email?
Shop related emails are typically answered within 48 hours


  • We are offering order exchanges for the holiday season however, due to the limited number of items we stock, if a resize is not available we will offer store credit ONLY.
  • International order deadline is 12/6, however once we hand shipments over to USPS we cannot guarentee arrival before Christmas.
  • USA order deadline is 12/17. After that date, USPS shipping will take an additional day, on average, and we cannot guarentee arrival before Christmas.


  • Proceeds for all of our items are donated unless otherwise stated. For more information, visit the individual item listing page. Check out who we partner with and donate to here. 
  • "Proceeds" refers to ALL generated revenue from the sale of an item, minus production cost and taxes (included in the price).
  • Non-charity items, like our GRLGNG line, fund our operating costs (community events, website, social media ads, packaging supplies, the occasional six-pack). Any additional capital goes toward new items for you!


  • Order processing takes 3-5 business days. You will receive your tracking confirmation and number in the allotted time-frame.
  • Tracking will not become available immediately! Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email for USPS to receive the package and to scan it at the origin facility.
  • If you receive a damaged package, or if your item/s are lost in the mail, please contact your local Post Office to file a claim.
  • If you do not see your country listed as a shipping destination shoot us an email at policybabes@gmail.com and we will set it up for you! 

If it's been more than a week since your order date and you still haven't received a shipping notification, please send an email with your order number to policybabes@gmail.com
