When can I expect a response to my email?
Shop related emails are typically answered within 48 hours

DONATIONS:

  • Proceeds for all of our items are donated unless otherwise stated. For more information, visit the individual item listing page. Check out who we partner with and donate to here. 
  • "Proceeds" refers to ALL generated revenue from the sale of an item, minus production cost and taxes.
  • Non-charity items, like our GRLGNG line, fund our operating costs (community events, website, social media ads, packaging supplies, the occasional six-pack). Any additional capital goes toward new items for you!

SHIPPING:

  • Order processing takes 3-5 business days. You will receive your tracking confirmation and number in the allotted time-frame.
  • Tracking will not become available immediately! Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email for USPS to receive the package and to scan it at the origin facility.
  • If you receive a damaged package, or if your item/s are lost in the mail, please contact your local Post Office to file a claim.
  • If you do not see your country listed as a shipping destination shoot us an email at [email protected] and we will set it up for you! 

If it's been more than a week since your order date and you still haven't received a shipping notification, please send an email with your order number to [email protected]

  • usa first class: 3-5 business days
  • usa priority: 1-3 business days
  • international first class: varies by location

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items lost or damaged after purchase.
  • Due to limited quantities of many of items, exchanges can be made only in the case of shop error (i.e. we sent you the wrong item).
